Deja-Hier is a French site. I don't speak French, so I can't tell you much. But I've been told that there are vintage items here from the 50's to the '70s I believe.
This particular page is about Bonux, a laundry detergent. In 1957 Bonux started the practice of putting small toys in laundry detergent boxes. But they stopped doing so in 1989, when a new law required that the value of such item, must not exceed 5% of the value of the merchandise.
I added a YouTube link about Bonux. The video has more info in it, with pictures of the prizes. First it shows an old commercial, then the collector from the Deja Heir's site talks and shows the toys from the Bonux boxes. It's in French also.
Check the "musee"(museum) section for more cool vintage stuff.
