Flickr - star1950's

Wow, many cool sets. I liked quite a few of them. There are a lot of images from the earlier decades of the 20th century. There are quite a bit of Ephemera from England and Scotland. Also there are several postcard sets, and just basically all kind of themes. My most favorite sets were the advertisements & wartime retro postcards, and the England & Scotland Ephemera.

YouTube - AMC Gremlin Ad

I thought it was kinda funny that they compared themselves to a Pinto.

Blog - Ephemeral New York

It has been a few years since I've been in NYC, and this blog sure makes me want to come over there! I absolutely love this city, and to see the pictures brought me a few memories. The person who runs this site is a magazine editor from the West Village, with memories of this town. It is my favorite part of NYC as well. Anyhow, I don't see her name, but her blog is worth checking out for sure. Take a look!

Check Out The Pink Kitchens

According to the Retro Renovation their blog is about "A place for your postwar 40s 50s and 60s style kitchens, bathrooms and mid century modern home aesthetic."

Check out the clickable "pink kitchen" images from the 1950's, under "Retro Renovation reader favorite posts: 61 pink kitchens". These are great illustrations. This blog has many great posts and pictures from these eras.

A Bit Of A Pop Culture

Todd Frye's Pop-Cult.Com focuses on the pop culture. It describes itself as the pop culture encyclopedia. There are posts about comics, food, movies, music, sat morning tv, toys, tv, Japan, and Fashion & Style. My favorite section was definitely the food. There are candy, food and drink in that section.

Vegamite Of Australia

Can't say I've heard of this Australian product called Vegamite. It is from Kraft, but is made in Australia. There are several old ads for this product, from the 1920's to present.
